By using Lumiqa, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your workspace.
Acceptable use
Don't upload illegal content, malware, or content you don't own rights to. We may remove content and suspend workspaces that violate these rules.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are charged monthly via Stripe. Trials are free for 14 days. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
Data
You retain ownership of your content. We keep backups for up to 30 days after account closure and then delete them.
Liability
Lumiqa is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee availability. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
